Day 15: Success

So even though I did not stay perfectly on TSFL which it is a little rough doing it during the Holiday Seasons, I still fill successful. I only made a few small cheats, and ate a few raspberries and some dark chocolates at my family Christmas Party. However, I did do P90X and am starting the 90 day challenge of that! So yay! That is all!

Day 13: Weight will be posted once a week now... Each Saturday.

So, I decided I would get discouraged if I posted each time I weighed myself and I went slightly off program. There is no going off program, especially when losing the last 8 pounds! So I'm going to have to be amazingly good. My goal weight for this coming Saturday is 116. Cheer me on folks!

Day 10: Weight 118

Today was a bit of a harder day on TSFL for me, I am getting a little bit bored of the food! However, I had a delicious Rumbi's Salad and it satisfied my desire for other foods! Yay for the yummy Lean and Greens!

Day 9: 118.2

Visiting with cousins, friends, family, and all that jazz! Everyone is noticing that I am down in weight and have had multiple people tell me "you look good!". It feels great to look good! #feelinggood#feelingexcited.

Day 7: 119 pounds

So I get from people this, "you don't need to lose weight." This is true... However. I am 5 foot 1 inch. Yep that's 61 inches ya'll. I either learn how to eat right now while I am young, and have optimal health for life. Or I lead down the road to "non-sickness" and eventually "sickness" as Doctor A would put it. I'll show you all a picture of me this summer. It's a swimsuit one. Can ya handle it. I weighed about 130 pounds then.
